Our Team

Jim started in the business in 1996 as part of an agency sales force of a major insurance company. He has completed the Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (Ch.F.C.) industry designations and has expanded his practice though the purchases of two retiring advisor’s businesses. Jim is licensed for all of Nova Scotia though primarily services the Halifax Regional Municipality, Clare Shore, Truro, South and South West regions.

Debbie has 35 years in the insurance industry and has worked in many capacities including prior to this position, the business manager of a major insurance company. She obtained the Fellow Life Management Institute (FLMI) designation. Debbie works primarily with Jim though is a resource for the entire office.
