Our Team

Lucas joined Assante in 2018 as an Associate Financial Advisor working alongside Robert Sawatzky.

Lucas has 10 years of experience in the wealth management industry; specifically working in various roles within CI Financial in both Toronto and Vancouver, where he gained valuable insights into the investment and wealth creation process. 

Born and raised in Burnaby, B.C., Lucas attended McGill University in Montreal between 2009 and 2013 and graduated with a Major in Political Science and Minor in History. He has since obtained the CHARTERED INVESTMENT MANAGER® (CIM) designation and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER ® (CFP) Designation.

Currently Lucas lives in New Westminster with his wife and son, and enjoys the lifestyle offered by the West coast – running, hiking, snowboarding, and scuba diving.

Sarah has been with Assante since January 2019 and in March 2020 she joined Robert’s team as an Administrative Assistant. Sarah works closely with Christine to assist with meeting preparation, investment administration and providing excellent service to clients. She excels in paying attention to detail and is a valued addition to the team.

Sarah lives with her husband and son in Richmond, BC and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
