Our Team

Alim Dhanji is a Senior Financial Planner and Chairman's Council Member at Assante Financial Management Ltd. where he started his career in Financial Planning at the age of 22 on October 2000. Alim is also a member for Financial Well-Being on the Ismailli Economic Planning Board for Canada. He is a Media and Youth Ambassador to the Financial Planners Standards Council, speaking at Colleges and Universities and appearing in many media outlets including CKNW, Global TV, National Post, Globe & Mail and The Province. Alim also works closely with a large Health Association in BC.

Alim loves to give back to the community through various charitable organizations. He teaches Dollars and Sense at Elementary and High Schools in his community, and speaks to the graduating students at UBC about Financial Planning. He also volunteers his time to do to free tax returns for low income families and seniors in his community.

Alim loves spending time with his wife and three children, and enjoys hockey, soccer, and golf.

Miss Rajwani began working alongside Alim Dhanji, CFP in March of 2018. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from Simon Fraser University in 2020. Iman’s main areas of responsibility include marketing & communications, meeting preparation, insurance administration, and client relationship management. She brings a fresh perspective to the team and is committed to providing exceptional service. Throughout her time at Assante, Iman has discovered a passion for personal finance and is particularly determined to help increase financial literacy among millennials. She plans to continue adding value to her work by acquiring certifications in financial planning and insurance. When Iman is out of the office, she enjoys reading novels, spending time with family, and volunteering in her community through various portfolios.

An Administrative Assistant with over 20 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry. Her focus is delivering superior client service while handling client inquires and trading activity. With our team since 1990 both at FPC Investments Inc., the previous service provider before Assante and with us directly since November 2002. She was recently awarded a ‘Certificate of Appreciation’ by the Assante Advisory Council for her work in helping other administrators across the country who have not had her experience. Her experience with FPC and Assante has helped her develop many of the systems we use today. She is well respected by her peers and is capable at handling any technical issues related to your investments and the associated companies. June lives with her husband in Delta, BC and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
