Dwayne began his career in the financial services industry in 2000. After graduating from the University of Manitoba, he started working at a Canadian Chartered Bank, obtaining his Mutual Fund license, and gaining valuable experience in both credit and investment products. In 2003, Dwayne added insurance products to his repertoire as he moved on to work with a major Canadian Life Insurance Company. In 2010, Dwayne obtained his Certified Financial Planner designation; validating his knowledge, and experience in the areas of Retirement Planning, Strategic Investment Planning, Income Tax Planning, as well as Risk Management and Estate Planning. The CFP certification is the most widely recognized financial planning designation in Canada and is considered the gold standard for the profession, representing the highest level of competence, ethics and practice. Proud to have established and grown his business in Thompson, the city which he was born and raised, Dwayne continues to be an active volunteer for youth athletics and community projects.
