Wayne graduated with a Bachelors of Commerce in Business Administration from Concordia University. His early career spanned the full range of the technology industry from Systems Analyst to Vice-President of Information Systems, to Director of Strategic Planning. Key "clients" were in North America and Europe and involved mid-sized to large companies and government.
In 1992, Wayne joined his brother Steve in the financial services world as a financial advisor. Within just a few years, Wayne achieved national recognition in his career as a “Top Performer” with the Financial Planning Group. When asked to speak to his peers at a conference and share his successes, he spoke of "The Lifetime Financial Integrator" and his comprehensive approach to financial planning. This framework was and continues to be at the very core of Wayne's Financial Planning Philosophy.
