Each spring and fall, NLC holds a weekly series of talks and discussions. NLC brings in experts, often world-renowned. The topics are varied but always compelling, drawing from science, the arts, history and the humanities.

Wayne Lang purchased the 50 acre farm in 1995 and has made numerous improvements both to the home and the gardens making this one of the most beautiful country gardens in all of Ontario. Wayne offers private tours of the gardens to groups such as Big Brothers Big Sisters of Canada and Architectural Conservancy Ontario - Port Hope.
