To help potential clients make an educated and informed decision about our firm, we've outlined our five-step process for becoming a client below.
Before committing your time or ours, this 20-minute phone call will give us both a chance to make sure your situation matches our expertise. After all, you wouldn’t see a dentist if you needed heart surgery.
If we aren’t a good fit for each other, we will gladly introduce you to a firm that is better suited to your needs.
We firmly believe in diagnosing before prescribing. This meeting aims to get perfectly clear on your values, goals, concerns, and unique financial situation.
We'll review how we will help you achieve your goals, the terms of our engagement, the cost of our services (in dollars), and answer any final questions you have.
We are in no rush for you to make a decision. While we would love to work with you, we will wish you all the best and every success if you decide that it’s not a good fit. In other words, there is never a hard-sell or pressure to say yes.
We will transition you into our New Client Process and begin gathering any additional information necessary for us to begin serving you. Before this meeting, we will make sure that any additional questions have been answered to your satisfaction.
