For almost 25 years, I have been helping Canadians achieve their financial and lifestyle goals by providing them with personal financial planning and investment management services. As a Senior Financial Advisor and Assistant Branch Manager at the Assante Capital Management Ltd., 1001 Burns St. E. location in Whitby, Ontario, I draw on the expertise of a team of portfolio, tax and estate specialists at Assante to give my clients peace of mind and the freedom to focus on other important things in their lives. Through this access to in-depth knowledge and expertise, I am dedicated to coordinating and managing my clients' evolving needs, from insurance and retirement planning to tax and business matters.

I am a graduate of McMaster University. After receiving my Bachelor of Arts, I obtained my Chartered Financial Analyst designation and am a member of the Association for Investment Management and Research, as well as the Toronto Society of Financial Analysts.

Prior to joining Assante Capital Management Ltd.'s predecessor company, Equion Securities, I was a Foreign Exchange Specialist at a major Canadian bank. At Equion, I ran the firm’s innovative Managed Money Research Dept in addition to managing the investment and financial planning needs of a select group of clients.

As co-author of the best-selling Top Funds series of books, I have been interviewed on national television and radio as well as appearing in Canadian newspapers.

My wife and I are the proud parents of twin boys. Active members of our community, we also enjoy travel and weekends at the cottage. In addition, I am an avid golfer, sailor and runner.
