He is pursuing his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® designation. He has a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Honours) with a major in Finance. He has also achieved his Life License Qualification Program certification and CERTIFIED LIFE UNDERWRITER (CLU®) designation which is considered to be an elite status for professional financial advisors. Avi can assist individuals, business owners and professionals in risk management, wealth creation and estate planning.


Avi grew up in Markham, Ontario while his parents were born in Guyana. He loves to spend time with family and friends, supporting the Toronto sports teams playing competitive soccer and softball and going to his family cottage, which is in Prince Edward County.
