I wanted to take a moment to share some exciting news and updates regarding our business, as well as introduce you (in a new way) to a remarkable individual who has become my business partner, Chelsey Chartren!

Together, we are committed to providing our clients with the personalized attention, innovative strategies, and unwavering support that they have come to expect from us. 
 
As we continue our journey together, our focus has always been on not just achieving success but also leaving a lasting impact and creating significance in the lives of those we serve. With this vision in mind, we use the tagline "Taking you beyond success . . . into significance." It reminds us that true success extends far beyond financial achievements and encompasses the positive influence we can have on others.

These words have resonated deeply with us and have guided our decision to develop a succession plan for our business over the next few years. We believe in building a strong foundation that will enable us to serve our clients even better, not just for today but for the long-term future. 

 

As part of this plan, Chelsey will be taking on a more prominent role in our client meetings, serving as lead and contributing her valuable insights. This transition will allow her to further develop her leadership skills and contribute to the strategic decision-making process. 

 

Meanwhile, my primary focus will be shifting towards serving as the in-house expert on complex tax and estate planning issues. With my experience and expertise in this area, I will be able to provide valuable guidance and support to our clients and team members. Additionally, I will continue to mentor Chelsey, helping her cultivate her skills and knowledge in these specialized areas. 

 

Over the next few years, Chelsey and I will be working closely to ensure a seamless transition, allowing us to continue delivering outstanding service and exceeding our clients' expectations. Our combined expertise and shared commitment to our clients success will ensure that their needs are met with the utmost care, dedication, and professionalism.
